Favorite part of being a part of the Mid American Pompon Staff: My favorite part about being a staff sister is being able to share my pompon and dance knowledge with the girls, and being able to help them as individuals and as a whole team.

Favorite part of being a part of the Mid American Pompon Staff: Being able to work with so many team members and coaches throughout the year. Watching teams grow throughout the season from their first day at camp, through their State performance. Also, being able to work with an extemely talented staff of people who truly love what they do.

Favorite part of being a part of the Mid American Pompon Staff: Being able to help out other teams and give them advice on how to be a better pommer and then seeing them improve and achieve their goals that the teams set for themselves is the greatest thing about this job.

Favorite part of being a part of the Mid American Pompon Staff: Being able to totally immerse myself in something I love and am so passionate about! I love working with teams to help them improve and excel, watching teams perform, and working with all of the other staff members who love pom just as much as I do!

Favorite part of being a part of the Mid American Pompon Staff: My Favorite part of being on MAPP staff is nightlys at camp and being with staff afterwards. I love seeing all of the teams perform the routines from the day, and team of the day performances. As for afterwards, we are a crazy group of girls and we always have so much fun together! I love working with every single person on staff.

Favorite part of being a part of the Mid American Pompon Staff: Seeing the progress of campers and students over the months and years is something that you really can’t put into words until you’ve done it. I feel so lucky to have a job that allows me to teach and perform pom and dance, enjoy great times with my students, campers, and families, and see them perform and know that at some point I helped them along the way. Sometimes you forget you’re actually ‘working’ when you’re a member of Mid American Staff, it just becomes an awesome part of your life.

Favorite part of being a part of the Mid American Pompon Staff: I love the friendships that I have made with the girls on staff. They are some of my best friends and I love hanging out with them all summer long!! They are my second family!!
